Natural Strength

Here is a bit of an intro to this guy named Joe – Founder and Coach of Natural Strength.

Many of you will know him as the PT that started in crunch mortdale over 5 years ago and made the most of the local parks when all gyms were closed in 2021. He then became inspired to create his own PT studio in Barry Avenue Mortdale.
It’s been an awesome journey, and it’s about to get bigger and better with the soon to be launched Natural Strength Gym on Boundary Rd.

Joe is now the founder of the newest gym in Peakhurst. Doors will open 3rd December, and he can’t wait to share his creation and hard work with you.

Joe is a grounded, genuine, hard-working man. A passionate personal trainer truly dedicated to getting his clients’ results. Joe gives every client his full attention and makes sure they leave feeling stronger and satisfied with their workouts and transformation journey.

Joe’s experience as a personal trainer and lifelong sports, fitness, strength, and mindset habits are all felt by the value of his service.

He can’t wait to bring all this and more to his new NS GYM. Along with recovery, community, and collaborations.
